Increasing the resilience of the population through improved risk and crisis communication, taking into account cultural, human and organizational factors (Riscriscom)

In the Riscriscom project (Increasing the resilience of the population through improved risk and crisis communication, taking into account cultural, human and organizational factors), the Jade Hochschule Wilhemshaven / Oldenburg / Elsfleth prepared and coordinated an EU project proposal submitted under the Horizon 2020 funding line “Human factors, and social, societal, and organizational aspects for disaster-resilient societies”. The planned EU project addresses the question of how to brace populations in the EU for crisis situations and how cultural differences, such as trust or mistrust of authorities, affect crisis resilience. The project was led by Prof. Dr. Michael Klafft.
