New funding in the Research at UAS programme : Date:
In August 2024, the federal and Laender governments have issued four new funding guidelines for their joint funding programme Research at UAS. These new funding instruments aim to strengthen research, profile development, promotion of young researchers, and internationalisation at UAS.
The new Bund-Laender agreement for the Research at UAS programme, under which the federal and Laender governments jointly provide specific funding for universities of applied sciences, has been in force since the beginning of 2024.
Several new funding instruments have now been launched within the programme: With HAW-ForschungsAkzente and HAW-ForschungsPraxis, the federal and Laender governments are funding research projects from all disciplines and subject areas. HAW-EuropaNetzwerke supports the networking of UAS in the international community and the preparation of research proposals in EU funding programmes. And with HAW-ForschungsraumQualifizierung, UAS can establish long-term structures (so-called research spaces) and qualification opportunities for young researchers.
Details on the new funding instruments can be found on this website in the Funding and News sections.
